As a new patient to the practice I would expect a visit to be more than 15minutes. 5 of those minutes were the Dr getting on the computer and typing. I switched to this particular doctor for a reason as her ratings were great. I did not have that experience.

I was treated with respect and care towards the reason for me being there. They talked to me about the changes and risks I would see moving forward with the care I wanted to receive and I my knowledge on the subject was also respected and any parts that I did not have a full grasp on they filled in the gaps for me.
