I really appreciate how kind Sydney is, she always takes her time speaking with me and really cares about what's going on. I also appreciate that she gives clear explanations and says things like "I would like to see you again if things don't resolve" it makes me feel like we are a team and she truly cares to help me feel better!

Listened to my concerns and adressed them in her solutions and treatments.

Start to finish my visit went so well. The medical assistant that roomed me was super nice. I'd recommend my provider to anyone looking for a person that listens to your concerns and try to help solve those concerns!

Sydney has great bedside manner & it shows through including me in my healthcare decisions- giving me all of my pros/cons to each option. She's also very easy to talk to about any issues I may have. She has helped me tremendously where previous providers in other offices have not.

Everything went well

Sydney the Nurse Prac. Who takes care of me always welcomes me first . She goes over my test results and explains them to me. She states what she recommends and if needed discussed new medication. She always takes time to really talk to me and gives me the eye contact that I like.

Sydney had the bedside manner of a brick. Only interested in her way of thinking about medical issues. Very disappointed . Will not be going back there.

The past year I was with AHN and tried 3 PCM. Each were very dismissive. One only wanted to talk to my husband like I was permitted to speak and the others blew off lab/ekg results saying, "I'm fine".I am so glad to be under UPMC now. Sydney is an awesome provider! She genuinely listened to me, offered resources and made a game plan to address what I came in for and more. She explained all of my paperwork and referral information. I never felt dismissed or as though I was wasting her time.

Sydney listened to my health history and helped me come up with a plan going forward. I was very pleased.

She was not interested in listening to my problems and concerns. The most concerned I seen her was when my mother made a comment to ME regarding who she was going to call to try and get me help. My mother just said I was talking to my son. She repeatedly kept asking what my mother said. I wish she would have been as concerned for my problems as she was to what my mother said to me.

PA Sydney has always exhibited excellence with all the above categories.

First visit with Sydney, and she was just lovely! She listened, was patient, understanding, thorough and I had a very positive interaction. Highly recommend her!

I was made very comfortable, she talked to me and asked questions in a caring way. The most important to me was she looked me directly in the eye when talking. She made me feel that all I said was important.
